In my years of working with leaders and organizations, I’ve often observed a common paradox: a company can hire the most brilliant minds in the industry and still find itself stagnant, plagued by silos or under-delivery. We often pour immense resources into individual development, but we forget that results are rarely the product of a solo act. They are the outcome of the invisible threads connecting people—the "system" that is the team.
