It\u2019s about moving from a group of people working together to a team working as one. When we coach a team, we aren\u2019t just looking at the individuals; we are looking at the relationships, the patterns of communication, and the shared purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A team that understands its \"why\" and has the psychological safety to challenge each other constructively doesn't just hit targets\u2014it innovates.
